Keto Mojito

Other than a wet t-shirt contest, our Keto Mojito is the best way to cool down on a hot day. We can think of a few great ways to cool down, but this Keto Mojito is definitely at the top of our list. As far as mixed drinks go, it’s not as girly as most (like Sex on the Beach or Fuzzy Navel or whatever shit chicks call their drinks) and it doesn’t have the carbs that a cold beer has. The lime and mint combo is refreshing and you’ll think you’re on vacation in the Caribbean or some shit. (Drink responsibly, don’t be a dick.)

Ingredients

  • 2 shots white rum
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 10 drops liquid stevia
  • 10 fresh mint leaves plus more for the top (make it fancy, bro)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Instructions

  • Shake together the rum, lime juice, stevia, and mint.
  • Add 1/2 cup crushed ice to each of 2 glasses and top each with half the rum mixture.
  • Pour the sparkling water on top and because it’s fucking important for your shit to look good, top with fresh mint.
  • Serve.
