Instant Pot Pulled BBQ Chicken
When you don’t feel like firing up the grill you can do it the lazy way and make Instant Pot
Pulled BBQ Chicken! It’s damn good and requires no effort. Eat it in low carb tortilla shells, in
lettuce leaves (but only if you’re a chick), on top of salad, or just with an effing fork.
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Add the chicken to the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add the BBQ sauce and water.
Put the cover on the Instant Pot, turn the valve to “seal”, and set it for 10 minutes on manual, high pressure.
Let it do a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, and then turn the valve to “vent”.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks and serve.
